Public Offer

1. Terms of the offer

1. 1.1.

   This text is a public offer by “REZNEED” LLC (hereinafter the “Provider”) for an agreement concluded between the parties (on a B2B basis) by means of remote communication, without the physical presence of the Customer (a business entity), within a system set up for the remote provision of the service.

2. 1.2.

   All terms of the provision of the service are set out in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is an integral part of this offer.

3. 1.3.

   ATTENTION: By ticking the “Accept” (I confirm / I accept) box during registration or by completing registration, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and concluded the agreement. From that moment, the relationship between the parties is a contractual relationship and has legal force under Article 407.1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (an agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the person who sent the offer receives its acceptance).

4. 1.4.

   The Customer declares that the information it has provided is correct, that it is fully authorised to conclude the agreement (including the authority to act on behalf of a legal entity), that it has full legal capacity and that it has reached the age of majority.

5. 1.5.

   After registration, the Customer is granted a free trial period of 45 (forty-five) days; during this period no bank card is required and no amount is charged.

6. 1.6.

   The service fee (subscription fee) is determined according to the pricing plan and subscription period selected by the Customer and is shown in manat on the pricing page. Once a pricing plan is selected, the subscription fee is paid in advance for each subscription period by non-cash payment.

7. 1.7.

   The amount paid after a subscription period has begun is not refundable.

8. 1.8.

   When moving to a paid pricing plan, the Customer consents to the subscription fee being charged, automatically or manually, by non-cash payment from the bank card it has provided by means of the software, including upon automatic renewal of the subscription. The Customer may stop automatic renewal at any time.

9. 1.9.

   The Customer consents to the collection, processing, storage and identification of its personal data by the Provider by means of an electronic information system in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and the Privacy Policy.

10. 1.10.

    The Provider's receipt of a notice of acceptance of the terms sent by email, mobile phone or electronic messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), or the ticking of the “Accept” box (completion of registration), is deemed irrefutable proof of the conclusion of the agreement.

11. 1.11.

    The Provider has the right to carry out preventive work to ensure the stable operation of the Platform. The Provider is not liable for interruptions arising from the Customer's internet connection or devices.
