Passwords are stored unreadable
Passwords are stored in an unreadable (encrypted) form (bcrypt). No one, our team included, can see your password.

One-time codes on WhatsApp
At sign-up and verification a one-time code is sent to your number. Wrong attempts are limited, so the code cannot be guessed.
Access inside your team

Roles and 13 per-person permissions
There are admin, manager, reception and staff member roles. On top of that you set 13 permissions per person, for example hiding phone numbers or finances.

Change history
Every booking records who changed what and when. If there is ever a dispute, you see who did what in one click.

Phone notifications for staff
Staff get an instant notification in the mobile app about new bookings and changes, so nothing slips through.

Your clients are never shown to others
Rezneed has no shared directory that shows your clients to other businesses. We don't sell your client list and we don't show it to your competitors.

Servers at Hetzner
Rezneed runs on servers at Hetzner, a German hosting company.

Backed up 4 times a day
The database is backed up four times a day and the copies are kept separately in Cloudflare storage. If a server fails, the data is restored from the latest backup. Backups are kept for 30 days.

Files in separate storage
Documents and images you attach to a client card are stored in Cloudflare file storage.

Deletion on request
You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time. The process is described on its own page.
