Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
45 days with every feature unlocked, no card required and 500 free messages. When it ends, the account does not switch to a paid plan on its own: the panel and booking link pause until you pick a plan, and everything you entered is kept.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel whenever you like and the paid period runs to its end. There's no long contract and no exit fee; the paid period isn't refunded.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Rezneed is a subscription: however many bookings you get in a month, the price doesn't change. There's no fee per new client, no booking fee and no setup fee, and nothing is charged to your clients.
What else will I pay for besides the plan?
Only the add-ons you switch on. On Basic a WhatsApp number is 15 ₼ a month; Single, Premium and Business include one. Campaigns use message packs, and you get 500 free messages when you sign up. On Business each staff member above 12 is 6 ₼ a month and each location above 3 is 9 ₼ a month. Automatic confirmations and reminders are free, and there are no hidden fees.
Is there a discount for paying ahead?
Yes: 10% off for 3 months, 20% for 6 months and 30% for a year; on Single it's 5%, 10% and 15%. For example, Premium paid yearly works out at about 69 ₼ a month. Payment is in manat by bank card.
How do I pay? Do you issue invoices to companies?
Payments go through Epoint: you can pay with any bank card Epoint accepts. Companies receive an e-invoice (e-qaimə). Bank transfer isn't available yet.
Can the price change during a period I've paid for?
No. The price for the period you've paid is fixed, so on an annual plan it stays the same all year. Our pricing hasn't changed since Rezneed launched.
Do padel courts count towards the staff limit?
Yes. Courts are set up as calendar columns, the same way as staff, so they count towards the plan's staff limit: 3 on Basic, 12 on Premium. On Business each column above 12 is 6 ₼ a month.
