These messages are free and never use your message balance. A confirmation goes out as soon as the booking is made and a reminder before the visit; you set the lead time per location (2 hours by default).

- Yes. Connect it with a QR code and messages reach clients from a number they already know. Single, Premium and Business include one number; an extra number is 15 ₼ a month per location.
- Can I connect an official WhatsApp Business account?
- Yes, you can also connect an official WhatsApp Business account from Meta, from 85 ₼ a month. Our support team sets it up with you.
- Do messages cost extra?
- Automatic confirmations and reminders are free and never use your message balance. Message packs are only needed for campaigns and reminders you schedule by hand in Marketing: new accounts get 500 free messages, then packs start at 200 messages for 6 ₼ or 1,000 for 25.50 ₼.
- Can I send SMS or email instead?
- No, Rezneed messages clients on WhatsApp. A Telegram bot is coming soon.
