Dental clinic software with a tooth chart and treatment plans
In a clinic, treatment doesn't fit into one visit: the chart is drawn up, the plan runs in stages, X-rays pile up. Rezneed puts the tooth chart, treatment plan, dentist schedules and the till in one system — on the web and in the mobile app.

Where time and money usually leak
- What was done and what is planned for each tooth lives on a paper card and gets lost when the dentist changes.
- X-rays and documents sit on the dentist's phone instead of the patient's record.
- Nobody tracks materials, and dentist commission is worked out by hand at month-end.
How Rezneed handles it
-
Tooth chart
An FDI chart of permanent and milk teeth shows the state of every tooth on the patient card at a glance.
-
Per-tooth treatment plans
Treatment is planned tooth by tooth, and the plan opens the same way in the web panel and the mobile app.
-
X-rays and documents
X-rays and other files are uploaded to the patient card, and patients can attach files when they book.
-
Materials used
Recipe cards take the materials a procedure uses off stock automatically when the visit closes, and suppliers and purchase orders are tracked too.
-
Commission and permissions
Dentists earn a percentage or fixed amount per service, and reception only sees the sections you open to it.

Frequently asked questions
Which numbering system does the tooth chart use?
FDI, for both permanent and milk teeth. A treatment plan is built on each tooth and looks the same in the web panel and the mobile app.
How do I track payments for long treatments?
Sell the treatment as a package paid in instalments: the paid and outstanding amounts show on the patient card. Each payment can be cash, card or split.
Can I manage several dentists' schedules separately?
Yes. Each dentist has their own column, hours, breaks and leave. On the booking page, patients choose a dentist and see only that dentist's free slots.
How do I keep finances hidden from reception?
Rezneed has roles plus 13 per-person permissions. Reception books patients and takes payments at the till, while only you see the finance reports and dentist commission.
