Booking and package software for laser hair removal centres
Laser hair removal is sold as a course: an area, a number of sessions, gaps in between. Rezneed tracks the package, the payments and the next session so clients finish the course.

Where time and money usually leak
- A client asks how many of their six sessions they've used, and reception flicks through a notebook.
- Package payments come in instalments, and nobody is sure who still owes what.
- The gap between sessions stretches out and the client drops the course halfway.
How Rezneed handles it
-
Session and minute packages
Sell a package by sessions or by minutes, and the balance counts down automatically at every visit.
-
Instalment payments
Packages are paid in instalments, paid and outstanding amounts show on the client card, and refunds are recorded when needed.
-
Client portal
Clients see their remaining sessions at customer.rezneed.com and mark their visit there themselves.
-
Reminders in their language
As soon as the next session is booked, the client gets a WhatsApp confirmation in their own language, then a reminder before the visit.
What it looks like in Rezneed

Frequently asked questions
Can I sell packages by the minute?
Yes. A package can be set up in sessions or in minutes, with an expiry date. The sessions or minutes used are deducted at each appointment.
How do I stop clients cancelling at the last minute?
Clients can only cancel a session themselves up to the cut-off you set. You also set a minimum booking notice for each specialist, so the calendar doesn't fill up at the last minute.
What happens if a client cancels a package?
The package refund goes through the till and shows in the finance report. The used and remaining parts of the package stay on the client card.
Do specialists earn commission on package sales?
Yes. Commission is set separately for services, products and packages, as a percentage or a fixed amount. At the end of the period each staff member's earnings are worked out automatically, with advances deducted.
