Frequently asked questions
Can I sell an unlimited monthly membership?
There are no unlimited memberships in Rezneed; instead you sell a class pack with an expiry date, such as 12 sessions in 30 days. That way every visit is counted and you can see when a pack is due for renewal.
Can clients mark their own visits?
Yes. Clients sign in to customer.rezneed.com with their phone number and a WhatsApp code and mark a session from their pack as attended. The count of sessions left updates straight away.
Can trainers see their schedule on their phone?
Yes. The business app runs on iOS and Android, so trainers see their own calendar and get a notification for each new booking. You decide which sections they can see through permissions.
Can I track sales of supplements and water?
Yes. Products are stocked per location and sold at the till, with a WhatsApp alert when stock runs low. Sales flow into the overall finance report.
