Can I hide client phone numbers from reception?
Yes. The 13 per-person permissions include hiding phone numbers and hiding finances. Reception books sessions but doesn't see contacts or payment amounts.
How do I handle a client who comes at the same time every week?
Book the next session into the calendar as the current one ends, which takes a few taps. The client then gets an automatic reminder before every session.
Where do I keep session notes?
Notes and files are kept on the client card next to the session history. They live in your password-protected account, not in a paper notebook or on a phone.
Will my clients see me listed next to other therapists?
No. Rezneed has no shared directory where clients shop around for a therapist, so you never appear in a list next to competitors. You put your own booking link on Instagram, your website and Google Maps, and clients book without an app.
