- Can I send campaigns from the mobile app?
- No, campaigns are sent from the web panel at app.rezneed.com. Marketing, gift cards, loyalty and ratings are web-only. The mobile app is for day-to-day work: calendar, clients and sales.
- How much do campaign messages cost?
- New accounts get 500 free messages. After that, campaign messages come in packs: 500 for 14.25 ₼ or 5,000 for 112.50 ₼, and the price per message drops as the pack grows. Automatic confirmations and reminders are free and never use the pack.
- Are loyalty rewards calculated automatically?
- Not yet. For now you adjust loyalty card balances by hand. Automatic cashback, growing discounts and a referral programme are coming soon.
