How do I keep track of hundreds of gift cards sold in the festive season?

Create them in batches, and each card's balance is tracked separately. Sales show in their own report, and clients see their card in the client portal.

How do I book a couples massage?

Book a separate appointment for the same time in each of the two therapists' calendars. Each one counts towards its own therapist's commission, and payment is taken at one till.

How do I track massage oil use?

Set how much oil each massage uses on its recipe card, and it comes off stock automatically when the visit closes. You get a WhatsApp alert when the oil runs low.

Can guests rate their visit?

Yes. After the visit the guest is asked on WhatsApp to rate it from 1 to 5 stars. Ratings collect in the panel, each therapist gets an average rating, and you can show it on the booking page if you like.
