Padel club software: court booking, coaching and the till
A padel club's day runs by the hour: courts, coaching, racket hire and the café. In Rezneed each court is its own calendar column, players grab a free hour from your link, and the money lands in one till.
No card required
Where time and money usually leak
- Evening bookings get lost in WhatsApp chats and the same court is sold twice.
- Nobody knows for sure how many sessions are left on a 10-lesson coaching pack.
- Court fees, racket hire and café sales are counted in different places.
How Rezneed handles it
-
One column per court
Add each court as a calendar column. The booking page never offers an hour that's already taken, and free time is visible at a glance.
-
Court booking from a link
Players pick the court and time from your Instagram link — no password, no app — and the confirmation arrives on WhatsApp.
-
Coaching as packages
Sell a 10-lesson pack; each session comes off automatically and players see what's left in the client portal.
-
Till and café
Courts, racket hire, balls and drinks go through one till, and products come off stock automatically.
-
Online card payment Soon
Players will soon be able to pay for a court online by card when they book. For now payment is taken at the till in cash, by card or split.

Frequently asked questions
How do I set up courts in Rezneed?
Each court is added as its own calendar column with its own opening hours. A court is created in the system as a staff member, so it counts towards your plan's staff limit: 3 on Basic, 12 on Premium, and on Business each column above 12 costs +6 ₼. Players choose the court and time on the booking link, and you see every court's day on one screen.
Can I sell 60- and 90-minute games separately?
Yes. Each length is its own service with its own price — “Court, 60 minutes”, “Court, 90 minutes”. You can add evening or weekend services with different prices too.
How do I work out coaches' pay?
Give each coach a percentage or fixed amount per session. At the end of the period each coach's earnings, minus advances, are worked out and can be exported to Excel.
Can I sell unlimited monthly memberships?
No, there is no unlimited membership in Rezneed. Instead you sell time-limited packs, for example 8 games within 30 days.
