Frequently asked questions
- Do clients need to download an app to book?
- No. The link opens in any phone browser. Clients enter only their name and phone number, with no password or account.
- How do I add the link to Instagram?
- Add it to your Instagram bio or profile links. Support for Instagram's own “Book Now” button is coming soon.
- Can I approve online bookings myself first?
- Yes. Choose automatic or manual approval. In manual mode a booking stays pending in the calendar until you confirm it.
- Can clients pay online?
- Not yet. Online card payment is coming soon. For now, payment is taken at the till during the visit.
