Photo studio software: shoot booking, packages and photographer commission
A photo studio sells time: an hour-long portrait shoot, a family session, seasonal mini-sessions. Rezneed keeps the shoot schedule, packages and photographers' earnings in one system.

Where time and money usually leak
- Shoot times get agreed in Instagram DMs, and two clients end up in the same slot.
- The mood-board photos a client sent get lost in the chat.
- During seasonal mini-sessions it's unclear who has paid and who hasn't.
How Rezneed handles it
-
Online shoot booking
Clients choose the type of shoot, the photographer and a free slot themselves, and the confirmation arrives on WhatsApp.
-
Reference files
Clients attach up to 10 reference images when they book, and they stay on the client card.
-
Minute packages
Sell a 120-minute shoot package, for example, and the balance goes down automatically after every shoot.
-
Gift cards
Sell a gift card for a photo session, for an amount or a percentage, and the client uses it to pay for the shoot.
What it looks like in Rezneed
Clients choose the type of shoot, the photographer and a free slot themselves.

Frequently asked questions
Can photographers manage their schedule from their phone?
Yes. In the business app a photographer sees their calendar, gets a notification for each new booking and can block out time. For location shoots, they just block those hours in advance.
How do I send clients the studio's address?
Your studio's address on the map is added to the confirmation and reminder messages, so clients find their way straight from the map.
Can I track sales of prints and frames?
Yes. Prints, albums and frames are kept in stock as products and sold at the till. Photographers can earn a commission on those sales.
What if lots of people book seasonal mini-sessions?
Set up the mini-session as its own short service, and clients book the free slots themselves from the booking link. Every payment goes through the till, and the client card shows who has paid.
