Do you charge for migration help?
No. Setup and migration help is free on every plan, including the trial. There is no setup fee and no commission either.
Can I upload clients from an Excel file?
No. There is no automatic file import. In the mobile app you can import clients from your phone book, and our team moves the rest of the list with you by hand.
Will I lose the bookings in my old system?
You enter your upcoming bookings into the Rezneed calendar together with our team, so no client is missed. Past visit history does not move across automatically, so we suggest keeping access to the old system for a while.
How long does the switch take?
Usually 1 day for a small business, up to 2 days for a mid-sized one and up to 3–4 days for a large or multi-location business. The service catalogue is built from templates in a few minutes; the rest of the time goes on your client list and staff. Our team helps at every step.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. The booking link opens in the browser with no password and no app. The client enters a name and phone number and gets the confirmation on WhatsApp.
What happens to my data when the trial ends?
The 45-day trial does not roll into a paid plan. The web panel and booking link pause until you choose a plan, but your data is kept.
