How do I remind a bride about her fitting?
Before every appointment the bride gets an automatic reminder from your WhatsApp number, with your address on the map if you like. You decide per location how many hours ahead it goes out.
Can I see who moved an appointment?
Yes. Every appointment keeps a change history: who changed what, and when. In the busy season, when several people take bookings, you can see straight away who changed what.
How does the bride pay?
For now payments are taken at the till in cash, by card or split, and each one shows in the bride's history. Online card payment is coming soon.
Can the bride's family buy a gift card?
Yes. Sell a gift card for an amount at the till. The bride spends it in parts on fittings, alterations or accessories, and you set the expiry date.
