Frequently asked questions
Can I cap the number of places in a group class?
No. Rezneed doesn't have group classes with a capacity limit: each client is booked into the class hour individually, and each completed visit comes off their pack.
Can I set an expiry date on a pack?
Yes. Every pack has an expiry date, and clients see their remaining classes and the date in the client portal. When it's time to renew, you can message them on WhatsApp straight from their card.
Can I sell water, clothing and accessories?
Yes. Products are kept in stock and sold at the till by barcode. Instructors can earn a commission on those sales.
How is instructor pay worked out?
Give each instructor a percentage or fixed amount on services, pack sales and products. At the end of the period each instructor's earnings are worked out automatically, with advances deducted.
