Booking and reminder software for brow and lash artists
Lashes and brows run on infills: when clients come back on time, income is steady. Rezneed reminds them about the next visit, counts their packages and keeps track of your supplies.

Where time and money usually leak
- The infill date passes, and the client who said they'd book later disappears.
- The cost of adhesive, lashes and tint never makes it into the price of the service.
- New clients have to look at your work on Instagram and then switch to WhatsApp to book.
How Rezneed handles it
-
Infill reminders
Clients get a WhatsApp reminder about their next visit, in their own language.
-
Infill packages
Sell a package of four infills, for example, and the client sees how many are left in the client portal.
-
Recipe cards
Adhesive and lash use is tied to the service, comes off stock automatically when the visit closes, and shows you the real cost.
-
Stories and ratings
Clients see your stories in the client portal and each artist's rating on the booking page.
What it looks like in Rezneed
An infill package on the client card: sessions used, sessions left and how much has been paid.

Frequently asked questions
Can I assign extensions and lamination to different artists?
Yes. Each service is linked to the artists who do it, and on the booking page clients can only choose from them.
Where does the client see their package?
In the client portal at customer.rezneed.com. They sign in with their phone number and a WhatsApp code and see their packages, sessions left and all their bookings.
How do I get new clients to come back a second time?
Send a WhatsApp campaign to the “New clients” group, with a gift card for a second visit, for example. The report shows how many bookings and how much revenue each campaign brought in.
Does it suit an artist working from home or a small room?
Yes. If you work alone, the Single plan is 29 ₼ a month with a WhatsApp number included. With up to 3 staff, Basic is 49 ₼ a month, plus 15 ₼ a month for a WhatsApp number. To help clients find you, you can add your address on the map to the confirmation message.
