Delete from the app

Sign in to the Rezneed app and delete your account yourself, without contacting anyone.

   Open the app and go to the "Profile" section

   Open "Settings" → "Account"

   Tap "Delete account"

   Enter your password to confirm — the account is deleted immediately

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion".

Please include in your request:

• Full name and the account email address

• Phone number linked to the account

• Business name, if it is a business account

• Whether you want the entire account or only specific data deleted

We acknowledge your request within 48 hours, verify your identity, carry out the deletion and confirm the result by email.

Data we delete

The following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our active systems:

• Profile data: first and last name, email, phone number and profile photo

• Business profile: business name, address, working hours, service and price list, uploaded photos

• Employee accounts, their schedules and performance records

• Full appointment history, calendar records, cancellation and change logs

• Customer list and the notes you kept about your customers

• Notification settings, push notification tokens and WhatsApp notification logs

Limited data we retain

We only keep data that the law requires us to keep or that cannot identify you:

• Payment and accounting records — retained for the period required by the tax legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (5 years) and used for that purpose only

• Anonymised statistics that cannot identify you

• Notifications previously sent via WhatsApp may remain on Meta’s servers and on the recipient’s device under Meta’s own policies — this is outside our control
