- How do I stop staff from seeing client phone numbers?
- Permissions are set per person. One of the 13 permissions hides phone numbers; you can also hide finances or limit reception to the till.
- How is pay calculated?
- Rezneed calculates commission-based pay: a percentage of services, products and packages, or a fixed amount per service. Advances and internal use are settled at the end of the period.
- How many staff members can I add?
- Basic includes 3 and Premium 12. Business has no limit: each staff member above 12 costs 6 ₼ a month.
